Can Pujol

Can Pujol only has a small menu, but it is on point and the epitome of Ibizan cuisine. Can Pujol serves only fish, rice and seafood, and the fish restaurant in the bay of San Antonio is only a few metres from the sea and offers a wonderful view of the beach. The atmosphere is anything but extravagant or luxurious, here it’s all about personal service and the quality of the fish, which, by the way, is caught off the coast of Ibiza. A bit like being a guest at your grandmother’s house at Can Pujol. Be sure to try the bullit de peix with rice, sautéed espardenes and the fresh prawns. Heavenly good!
