In Walter’s Hof guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the island on heath, dunes and sea. To be honest, the unpretentious name doesn’t let you guess how stylish and above all well managed this small hotel is. The long 1970s Backsteinhaus is home to 30 individually furnished rooms, each of which is unique. With a knack for beauty, a symbiosis of Hanseatic classics, English style, Bauhaus and colonial furniture was created. The sensational breakfast is also recommended for non-hotel guests and the associated restaurant Tappe’s anyway, especially half the lobster with homemade noodles and the tatar of Sylt Galloway beef with avocado.
