The location, in one of the most beautiful backyards on Paul Linke Ufer, is simply worth a visit. The Zola with its Neapolitan pizza competes with the W Pizza for the first place of the best pizzas in Berlin. All good pizzas, otherwise they would not play in the league, are baked in the stone oven. But also the ingredients, the quality of the mozzarella, the aroma of the tomatoes and the type of flour play an important role to produce this authentic taste. In recent years, Berlin has succeeded in producing pizzas that can compete with southern Italian pizzas. The Neapolitan pizzas with the thick rim are particularly popular.
