Le Rossignol

Le Rossignol is located in the heart of the wine-growing village of Blansingen in the Markgräflerland region. It is a lovingly renovated 18th-century estate with a southern French flair. Host Petra and her husband Torsten have reopened the listed building as a stylish chambres d’hôtes. Five apartments and three guest houses combine historic architecture with Scandinavian-modern design. The inner courtyard with its Mediterranean garden, pool, and fire pit create relaxing favorite spots. Located between the Black Forest, the Vosges, and the Rhine Valley, the house is ideal for wine walks, bike tours, or trips to Basel, Freiburg im Breisgau, and Colmar. It is also perfect for a stylish stay during Art Basel. The in-house village shop “Le Petit” offers regional products and, in summer, aperitifs in the garden with wine and savoir-vivre.
