The entrance passes a plant-filled atrium before opening onto a former library, reimagined by Holland Harvey Architects as a quiet reading room. Limestone floors, a fiddle-leaf fig in the corner, rosemary and thyme at the window. Wegner chairs sit alongside pieces by Gubi, interspersed with Burmese craftwork. Close to 90 rooms line the building’s winding corridors, no two alike. The restaurant Yeotown serves plant-based food and fresh juices all day, and those wanting more can find yoga, an infrared sauna or the meditation chair. Hyde Park, meanwhile, is barely a stone’s throw away.
