Juntos Farm

Juntos Farm is one of the most exciting projects on Ibiza, and with its blend of agriculture, good food, and thoughtful design, it perfectly captures the island’s spirit. On a former dairy farm near Santa Gertrudis, a wonderfully laid-back space has emerged across 20 hectares, combining a farm, restaurant, food store, and gathering place. Behind the project are Christian Jochnick, Sophie Daunais, and Finn Harries, who demonstrate what contemporary agriculture can look like. Crops are grown according to regenerative principles, featuring vegetable fields, fruit trees, herbs, bees, and goats. The restaurant in the lush courtyard is particularly lovely, where you can enjoy breakfast or lunch under a shady canopy of leaves. The menu features whatever the fields are currently yielding—freshly harvested and prepared with a keen sense of good, uncomplicated cuisine. The farm shop is also a highlight: a carefully curated selection of the farm’s own vegetables, homemade fermented foods, olive oils, honey, natural wines, and beautiful products from small Balearic artisans. Everything is aesthetically spot-on, pleasantly unpretentious, and reflects a clear commitment to provenance and quality. Those who want to delve deeper can take part in farm tours and workshops. It’s a great place to get to know the new, creative, and farm-to-table side of Ibiza—and definitely a destination worth a trip into the island’s interior.
