The Old Slaughterhouse in Brixen is a place of encounter and enjoyment. With the large beer garden, the rustic, cosy atmosphere in the house and the charming sleeping berths, you are invited to stay here. Modern yet with a local touch, this is a meeting place for young and old, international and regional. The cuisine of the Alter Schlachthof is accordingly diverse. South Tyrolean classics as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes are warmly served and, of course, regional. In addition, there is a special cultural programme with concerts and various seasonal events.
