The perfect combination! Nobody would think of the great Alain Ducasse thogether with a traditional bistro. But he loved the atmosphere of the Lyonnais and as no other wanted to take over the bistro, he and one of the chef of L’ami Louis decided to breath new soul in an old concept. The soul is chef cook Saintage, who worked at the Plaza Athéneé and now it is his job to spoil the guests with a lighter version of the former bistro-cuisine. Menu €28,-. Excellent wine.
