The Bar Toca Da Raposa is a seventh heaven for all cocktail lovers. Its owner, British Constance Lamb, has come all the way from London to open her own bar where she can create cocktails with fresh Portuguese ingredients. Ingredients like olive oil, melon or eucalyptus flowers land in the cocktail glasses. Just as unconventional is the cocktail menu, which shows various animals – more precisely fox, raven, dolphin, bee, gecko, wolf, horse, frog and pig. Our favourite creation is the dolphin, inspired by an iconic cocktail from the 1980s, in which a blue liquid turns into a banana simulating the beak of a dolphin. No less noteworthy is the stylish interior – the centrepiece is a marble island where 12 people can sit together as if at a dining table.
