From shoe designer to ice cream designer. Thomas Bartu produces the purest organic ice cream in his Schwabing ice cream parlour. He attaches great importance to the quality and origin of his ingredients. In addition to sugar, the ice cream is sweetened with agave extract and, in Italian style, is not rolled into the cup, but filled with a spatula. This should allow the taste to unfold better. Bartu makes ice cream out of passion, you can taste it immediately. The varieties are not spectacular, but mostly classics, but they taste as if their recipe had been fine-tuned for years. The price is a bit above average, but the queue in front of the shop, which lasts until the store closes in the evening, proves that it is worth it.
