The Bostich – what a great new addition to the Berlin resto scene. The bistro is not only a feast for the eyes, but also a culinary highlight. The colorful Berlin gastro dogs Yllnora Semsedini and Simon Bühler have created a stylish yet relaxed ambience with great attention to detail. Bühler personally tracked down antique furniture and objects from France, including silverware and tableware from old grand hotels. The result is a touch of Belle Époque that continues with the old red bistro wicker chairs on the terrace. The kitchen treats guests to a mix of classics and contemporary creations. Fines-de-Claire oysters, buttery Lobster Rolls and the revived Shrimp Cocktail are just a few of the tempting specialties. The attention to detail is evident in the little things like the palm tree logo on the plates. Bostich is more than a restaurant – it’s a place that transports you to another time and place, yet it feels like a familiar hangout you’ve always visited.
