The best tortilla in Ibiza is in a small village in the inconspicuous cafeteria Can Cosmi, which becomes more beautiful with every minute you spend there. The small corner shop that belongs to Can Cosmi and lives up to its name. An older señora sells behind the counter and patiently gives information about all local specialities. Also the veranda, on which the simple wooden tables stand, is a place that one hardly wants to leave. This is not only due to the film-like, bright white, squat little church opposite that immediately transports one into a southern world. Starting with the hearty cook who masters the wonders of the simple art of tortilla in the kitchen, through the waitress to the mischievously sympathetic owner.
