The Casa Privata – Nomen est Omen. It’s hard to believe, but even beside the hustle and bustle of Positano there are also sleepy spots like Praiano. Here, the Hareiter family of architects has created a place of cultivated seclusion. In 1995, during a boat trip, the family discovered the fisherman’s ruin, which is now affectionately called Ca’Pa. The wish was to build a holiday home out of it, but then it became a mini hotel. What luck! But to call the Ca’Pa a hotel would be wrong, it feels more like visiting friends. All rooms are decorated with exposed frescos and old fabric wallpapers, there are four-poster beds, an own library and one is spoiled from the arrival to the departure with the view of the infinite sea. And the private bathing bay is the hit par excellence!
