The Collective Bakery has conquered the title: best sourdough bread in Zurich. After all kinds of pop-up stations, Nino Brüllmann’s bakery has finally settled down. More precisely, on Förrlibuckstrasse, in the heart of the creative hustle and bustle. The Swiss running shoe brand On is virtually right in the building, and across the street is the Toni-Areal with the Zurich University of the Arts. So there’s plenty to watch here and enjoy pastries, pizza al taglio, cheesecake, croissants and sourdough bread at the same time. And of course, don’t forget the grained espresso from two-time barista master Matt Winton!
