Epice comes from the renowned restaurant family around La Colombe. The inspiration for Epice came from the owners‘ trip to India – hence the name Epice, which translates as spice. As with all of this family’s restaurants, a tasting menu is served to guests at Epice, with or without wine pairing. Since the hype around Epice is not yet quite as big as around La Colombe, to be honest, things are a tad more relaxed at Epice. The food is just as heavenly, a little teaser – lobster ravioli with saffron, ginger and fennel as a starter. For dessert, the sorbet trolley rolls up to the table with Granny Smith lollipops, blood orange sorbets and lychee balls.
