In Nizza there are restaurants like sand at the sea, but it is not so easy not to fall into a tourist trap. Different in Franchin. The characteristic restaurant convinces already at the entrance with its cosy ambience and the really likeable waiters. Immediately, one notices that, despite the excellent quality, a down-to-earth attitude is written in capital letters here, cooking is done according to traditional French recipes without much Chi-Chi. The price-performance ratio is perfect.
