Behind Giacomo Rosticceria is Giacomo Bulleri, who moved to Milan many years ago and, at 90, still has a crazy energy that is contagious. In Milan, he has created a small gastronomic empire that is now mainly run by his daughter and grandchildren. There are a whole five Giacomo eateries on Via Sottocorne. The Rosticceria is one of our favourite spots. The Rosticceria is housed in a striking little house with a garden. It’s particularly nice to sit outside under a pergola of gooseberry trees. The menu includes regional classics from lasagne to panelle, pappa al pomodoro, grilled chicken and much more.
