Hatari is located at Eppendorfer Weg 58. And it is nothing new that it is a particularly good place to go for culinary craftsmanship, air-dried ham, home-made sausage and mature cheese. But until now, this regionality was only available to take away. The new concept is a natural wine bistro, manufactory, wine bar and micro-restaurant with a constantly changing menu, fermented vegetables and products from small producers. A charming after-work location and those who want more than just a glass of wine can look forward to delicacies such as artichokes à la Barigoul, white wine, butter and parsley or sea bass stuffed with herbs, colourful salad and salsa verde.
