Hotel Espléndido

The Swedes Johanna Landström and Michel have not only done everything right in Palma, but also in the Hotel Espléndido in the coastal town of Sóller, transforming the house from the 1950s into a modern Seaside hotel flooded with light. Beautifully situated, it is like a small grand hotel from the here and now, prominent in the front row of the beach promenade. From the terrace on the first floor, one has a fantastic view to the whole bay, framed by the two lighthouses that majestically guard the Port de Sóller. Most of the beautiful rooms are facing the sea, so that one falls asleep with the sound of the sea when the window is open. The Espléndido has a friendly concept for families who have their own breakfast room and can use their own swimming pool. The bistro with the tables outside on the promenade offers good classics – especially the salads are great! On the first floor you will find a three-course menu in the restaurant. The breakfast offers everything the modern heart desires – even goji berries, “beepollen” and all the other, more rarely offered products of conscious healthy cuisine are on the buffet.
