Joan Marc only sprays with passion when it comes to the island’s cuisine. After successful years as head chef in the noble Son Brull, he now cooks in his own restaurant, which can be found in his hometown of Inca and resembles a small design oasis. Joan Marc’s kitchen is a modern interpretation of rustic Mallorcan recipes based on simplicity and the best local produce. In addition to the delicious homemade Xeixa bread served at the beginning, Mallorcan classics such as suckling pig, lamb and fish are among the favourites on the menu. Guests can choose between a 3, 4 or 6-course degustation menu consisting exclusively of half portions, in order to taste everything.
