Wer in Ilse de la Sorgue auf den Markt geht, wird irgendwann hungrig. Dann kann man es locker angehen lassen mit Bäckereikonzept La Maison Jauvoud, das unter den Motto „Provence meets New York“ stehen könnte. Hier ist einfach alles richtig gemacht: Hervorragende Backwaren, die perfekt präsentiert werden. Egal ob klassische Brioche, frische Obst Tartes oder Bizet. Alles schmeckt toll und sieht so schön aus. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an so viel Pracht. An den Tischen kann man sich alles bestellen und einen guten Café dazu trinken. Es ist allerdings – wen wundert´s – immer voll. Vielleicht tut es ja auch nur eine Köstlichkeit zum Mitnehmen für weitere Touren auf den Antikmärkten.
