Those who need a little break from all the antique stuff should definitely make a detour to the nearby restaurant Le Jardin du Quai. Under old chestnut trees, parasols and thatched roofs, you take a seat at beautiful stone tables and are pampered by the numerous waiters who hurry around with delicious dishes that change daily. The “Honeymoon Table” is a particularly cozy place – completely covered in green, it offers romantically secluded togetherness. The menu (40 euros) is followed by one of the various desserts, e.g. mascarpone mousse with fresh fruit. Afterwards you feel so happy and can relax for a while with some sunbeams blinking through the green leaves.
