In the centre of Aix-en-Provence there is a small wine bar called Les Vieilles Canailles. In addition to a convincing selection of French wines and genuine wine connoisseurs, there is a menu of excellent dishes for lunch and dinner. Pierre cooks with a great deal of imagination and devotion. Every day, his menu changes while remaining consistently exquisite. Frédéric also likes to serve wines selected by him to match the personal tastes of his (regular) guests. The bistro is small and so popular that we strongly advise you to reserve a table in advance.
