Southern France is a paradise for buying antiques. You can get a taste of beautiful antiques and lovely, summer-style country house furniture if you go to the flea-market on the Cours Saleya. But to get the whole „antique feeling“ you’ll have to visit the city L’isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a two hours drive from Nice. On weekends, from Saturday to Monday, the whole town consists of nothing but antiques.
