With the Marend the native Austrian Lisa brings a piece of alpine flair into the high north. Whom the term Marend means nothing – behind it is a sociable snack, more precisely, a hearty snack and the name is in the Marend program. In the atmospheric ambience of alpine cosiness, without any folklore, cool Stiegel beer and all kinds of variations of cold cuts are served with good mountain cheese, Tyrolean bacon and colorful salad with pumpkin seed oil and nuts. But among the actual house specialties are the cheese dumplings in sage butter and the airy spinach dumplings with brown butter and parmesan. To finish, there is an apricot schnapps and then only the cable car home is missing.
