Behind the name Masto stands a small, very unconventional wine trade in the heart of Testaccio, where Rome’s cuisine was once founded. The charming place under the leadership of Emiliano and Rita promptly conquered our hearts. The two of them offer, besides an exquisite selection of delicatessen, Pranzo, Cena, e Aperitivo, i.e. lunch, dinner and aperitif. The loving Emiliano explains us the menu of the day in detail and recommends afterwards the suitable wine. In the kitchen everything is done by hand and it tastes great – from porchetta, to buffalo and prosciutto, to risotto ai funghi and ravioli with butter and sage. In order to guarantee this quality, Emiliano and Rita purchase their products from selected local producers. Noi amiamo!
