Konstantin has already been voted Austria’s Chef of the Year several times and he is also often referred to as Vienna’s culinary philosopher. And this description is also reflected in o Boufes – perfected straightforwardness, minimalist interior with industrial charm and shabby chic. Served are mainly natural wines from Austria, i.e. sulphur-free wines, which are also often referred to as “naked wines”. Culinary delights range from charcuterie to prawn sganaki or beef fillet stifado. Reservations are an absolute must, the earlier the better and the safer the seat!
