A young boss from Nice has returned to his home in the south of France together with his Breton wife after many years abroad. He has opened a charming restaurant in the old town of Nice, where he cooks exclusively with ingredients from the region. We ate a fine pissaladière style tart with fried black pudding and the umersteak with lemon butter and were delighted. The chef allows himself the beautiful, despite the high standards of quality and fine preparation, large portions, unlike in similar restaurants.
