The Pavì is situated directly at the road, but nevertheless the wonderful panorama view over the Itria valley attracts here. It is wonderful to end the day at sunset with a glass of wine and a few antipasti. The small menu changes daily, from time to time there are even truffles on the menu that one should definitely try. But you’ll be even luckier if there’s live music – the chance grows as you get closer to the weekend!
