Prufrock Coffee is an absolute MUST for all coffee lovers. Davies and Jeremy turned their passion into a chic, purist coffee bar on the outskirts of London’s banking district. Davies is not only a barista of passion, but was also crowned World Barista Champion. Held in the basement right under the shop are classes on the art and trade of coffee, for those wishing to learn more about it. For a perfect start to the day, pair the roasted banana bread with salted butter together with what might just be the city’s best coffee. Interestingly enough, Davies and Jeremy named their cafe in reference to T.S. Eliot’s eponymous poem.
