To be honest, the Puro would not be expected immediately in Polignano, but rather in Milan or London. It sprays with an international touch, is stylish and serves Japanese specialities of the highest standard. So it’s all the better that it has settled in Polignano – a welcome change from Pizza & Pasta. Tuna Tataki and the Japanese classic Edamame are recommended as starters. Afterwards you can look forward to a wide selection of Sushi, from Nigiri to Uramaki, Hosomaki to Futomaki, or you can choose one of the warm dishes like Cod Tempura or Pork Tonkatsu. Japanese beer to perfection!
