The married couple that’s cooking here complement each other wonderfully. Evan and Sarah Rich cooked for leading restaurants in New York and San Francisco before making their own dreams come true. A casual restaurant without nonsense and dress code, with plain wooden tables and black chairs, roughly tiled walls and dishes in which the ingredients are perfectly combined. Spaghetti with mint, fresh beans and goat cheese, cooked pork belly with green asparagus and sorrel, and trout with marinated roots in almond milk. For appropriate guidance they got a sommelier involved, who if desired leads you through the wine list very down to earth like. You’ll fall in love instantly with the dishes and you’re almost sad that they change daily. Not to be feared though, you’ll find a new fantastic favourite right away.
