Ristorante Castelvecchio

The decoration is a great moment of interior design and balm for the optic nerves. At the Ristorante Castelvecchio, every dish is presented in a visually stunning way. Impressive curtains hang in front of the restaurant stage. Behind them is a traditionally designed hall in which white-coated wooden tables are lined up. In the middle there is an interspace, completely red, with imposing mirrors hanging on its walls. The rear dining room with its deer heads hanging on the wall, the mirrors and the violet light is more intimate. The winter garden, completely in white, the airy contrast of this aesthetic fireworks display, is behind a green curtain. The hearty mountains of meat are rolled to the table on a silver wagon like at a Roman banquet. Armando Borden and his team cut the pieces of meat to size before the eyes of the guests. The crazy beauty of the restaurant is reflected in the staging of the innkeeper, who is always dressed in new clothes. A smart travelling favourite.
