A tour through the nature reserve Parc Natural de la Península de Llevant to Ermita de Betlem is simply enchanting. Again and again the sea flashes lightning blue between the typical vegetation. Here are the pretty dwarf turtles and of course a particularly large variety of bird species. But the loneliness and proximity to the sea does not only attract the animals. Monks also settled here at the beginning of the 19th century. Today only one bearded brother lives in the house Ermita. An impressive cypress avenue leads picturesquely to the chapel. Beside the spring Sa Font you can have a picnic with some good things or you can sit down in the garden in the restaurant Sa Tafona de Son Fang and taste the delicious almond ice-cream or the grilled meat. The house looks like a modern ranch.
