This snack should be kept secret simply because of its few places. I haven’t eaten that well in a long time and I eat in many good restaurants around the world. From 2012 to 2019, Felix Mielke, the ingenious chef, worked as chef in the kitchen of the Berlin restaurant Le Faubourg, in the Ritz Carlton and then Le Provençal. Now he has opened his own gourmet snack bar and has created a level of value for money that is simply without words. On the menu at Schüsseldienst you can find real taste explosions like ribs with pumpkinism and vegetables like good “green salad”, avocado, superfood like quinoa, green seeds, wild rice, cucumber, spinach, pecan nut and yoghurt sesame dressing to become an experience. Many thanks to Felix Mielke for offering us such a quality in this casual context. This is really great cinema and very generous.
