The Tiger Bar is not just any bar – here, natural stone from Zambia meets earth from the Black Forest and ashes from the Burning Man festival. More precisely, the Tiger Bar is the liquid substitute for the Panama restaurant above it, in a backyard on Potsdamer Straße. The idea is to compose the perfect follow-up experience for the guest from the Panama. So the guest is offered the pork belly for dinner, followed by a drink with mezcal and plum. The Tiger Bar serves the créme de la créme of the bar art: Fat Washing, Milk Filtration, Cold Drip and Sous Vide, which means the fusion of kitchen and bar. But don’t worry, there are all the good classic drinks here too, as well as an honest craft beer.
