The Trattoria Boves focuses on tradition and simplicity. The three owners and friends Leonardo, David and Francesco have gathered their experience in recent years in some of the most important Tuscan restaurants and have now opened their own Taverna in the most lively quarter of the old town of Prato. Their speciality is meat preparation. Because they create a perfect combination of oven and grill. The meat, especially the fillet of beef, is on point, nothing more can be said. Although the wine list is rather modest, its legendary cheesecake compensates for this. And anyway, the menu is a surprise every day, because it changes every day – but don’t worry, there’s cheesecake every day.
