The aroma of roasted pistachios is unmistakable in pistachio ice cream. Osvaldo Castellari not only makes the ice cream recipes himself, he also roasts the pistachios himself.
He speaks very passionately of ice cream and distributes tastings to his guests with the small plastic spoons all the time. This ice cream with its creamy consistency melts on the tongue and has a fresh and intense taste. Apart from pistachio ice cream, Fior di Latte, Mille Foglie and Unquestionably are among our absolute favourites. Over forty years ago the family ice cream tradition began. is now located in a villa from the twenties. In summer the large terrace of the Gelateria is bursting at the seams. For the speciality of the house, the ice-cream sundae „Velo“ or for an ice-cream on the hand, a detour from the motorway on the way south is always worthwhile.
