One glass of Boza is enough to revitalise all your energies! Boza is made out of fermented millet and later skilfully sprinkled with cinnamon. It might sound strange at first, but it tastes very fresh and reminds you a bit of apple mousse with lactic acid. Atatürk enjoyed this refreshing drink, in this beautiful and nostalgic shop in Sultanahmet, in his day. Strangely, this drink hasn’t become more well known throughout the world.
