Café Stella lies somewhat hidden behind the Intelligentsia coffee bar at Sunset Junction. When you’re sitting on the terrace you can hardly believe the hubbub of West Sunset Boulevard is so close; when seated in the restaurant you’re not even sure you’re in California. This is due not only to the French cuisine, serving up timeless classics like Croque Madame, Moules Frites, Escargots de Bourgogne or Filet Mignon, but also to the numerous European regulars who surround you. The crowds also like to meet for a drink in the attached bar.
