The Szechenyi-Bath are the deepest and, with a temperature of 75°C the hottest of the thermal springs. They were discovered only in 1879 and were the first on the Pest side. Today, this bath is one of the largest in Europe, with 3 outside pools and 7 inside pools with temperatures between 32°C and 38°C, as well as a few smaller cold pools, saunas, a steam bath and a heat room. Furthermore, they offer massages and physiotherapy treatments. The bath is especially popular amongst locals because of its outside pools, here you can easily spend a whole afternoon.
